Dentures / Removable Partials

A denture is a removable dental appliance replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissue. There are two types of dentures, complete and partial. A complete denture is used when all natural teeth are missing and a partial denture is used to when some natural teeth remain. Dentures are very durable appliances and will last many years, but may have to be remade, repaired or readjusted due to normal wear. Sometimes, implants can be used when fabricating complete dentures to increase stability, comfort and bite strength.
